White label and resellers

Resell MagizAI under your own brand: create client workspaces, set the brand their chat shows and manage them.

Who can use it: Owner and Admin, or a custom role with "Change workspace settings and connections". Only in a reseller workspace: one on the Reseller plan, or one MagizAI has made a reseller.

   Step 1: Get the Reseller plan

   The Reseller plan is sold from the white-label page of the MagizAI website, not from the pricing page. Once your workspace is a reseller, the Settings links gain "Clients" and a second "Brand", for your reseller brand.

   In any other workspace the reseller pages do not open.

   Step 2: Press "Brand settings"

   On "Your reseller brand", fill in the "Brand name", the "Widget attribution" shown at the bottom of your clients' chat widgets, a "Logo URL" and a "Support email", and check the "Widget preview". Press "Save brand": every client's chat widget then shows your brand instead of MagizAI's.

   Step 3: Press "New client"

   Fill in the "Client company name", "Owner name", "Owner email" and the "Plan" (the underlying platform plan; you set your own pricing with clients), then press "Create client". MagizAI creates their workspace, white-labeled under your brand, with a starter chatbot when the plan allows one.

   Step 4: Ask the client to set a password

   The client's owner gets an email with a link to set their password, then signs in on the usual sign-in page with that email address.

   Step 5: Press "Manage" on a client

   "Your clients" lists each client with its plan, users, bots and status. "Manage" changes the "Company name", the "Plan" and the "Status" (Active or Suspended); press "Save changes".

   Step 6: Press "Remove" to delete a client

   MagizAI asks you to confirm, because removing a client deletes their workspace and its users.
