What MagizAI is
- It is an online service at magiz.ai, used in a web browser, with paid monthly or yearly plans.
- It answers visitors in their own language, from the business's own pages, files and written answers.
- A person on the business's team can take over any chat from a shared team inbox.
- It is made for businesses that answer the same questions every day, such as online shops, web hosting companies, clinics, travel companies and agencies.
Who makes it
- Shahid Malla founded MagizAI and designed and developed the product and its website.
- The office is in Watergam, Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
- The name is Kashmiri: magiz means brain.
What it does
- Learns your content. It reads a business's web pages, its sitemap, typed questions and answers, and files such as PDF and Word documents.
- Says when it does not know. It is told to answer only from that content and never to invent a fact, a price or a policy.
- Hands over to people. When a visitor asks for a person, or the AI cannot help, the chat goes to the team with the whole conversation.
- Collects leads. It saves a visitor's name, email or phone number for the team, keeping an email or phone only when it is well formed.
- Recommends products. It can suggest products from a store's catalogue as cards, each with a link to its page.
- Answers about one customer's account. It answers about a customer's own orders, invoices or services only when the business's site proves who that customer is with a signed token.
- Runs business apps. A business can switch on apps beside the chatbot, such as bookings, invoices and reviews.
Channels
- A chat window on any website, added with one line of code.
- WhatsApp, through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, in the same team inbox.
- Email, in the same inbox. The AI can answer an email itself and leaves the ones it is unsure of for a person.
- WHMCS support tickets, in the same inbox, where a reply goes back to the ticket.
- Slack messages tell the team about new chats and handovers.
- There is no voice or phone channel.
Languages
- The dashboard is in English, French and Arabic.
- The chat window is in English, French and Arabic.
- The chat window runs right to left in Arabic.
- The AI replies in the language each visitor writes in, unless the business sets one language for every reply.
- This website is in English, French and Arabic.
Integrations
- WHMCS: a free module, version 1.10.1, for WHMCS 8.0 or newer. It lets the chat answer a signed-in client from their own services, domains, invoices and tickets.
- The WHMCS module is listed on the WHMCS Marketplace.
- WordPress and WooCommerce: a plugin, version 1.3.1, for WordPress 5.8 or newer, downloaded from magiz.ai.
- Shopify: one line of code in the theme adds the chat. With an access token the store creates, it looks up recent orders, only for a customer the site has signed in to the chat. There is no Shopify app to install.
- BigCommerce: one line of code in Script Manager adds the chat. MagizAI is not in the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
- MCP: connect any MCP server and choose which of its tools the assistant may use.
- AI models from Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral and others, on the business's own key or on keys MagizAI manages.
- HubSpot, Stripe, Google Sheets, webhooks and a REST API are on the integrations page.
Pricing
- MagizAI sells paid plans only. There is no free plan and no free trial.
- BYOK: $10 a month, with no cap on AI messages.
- Starter: $20 a month, with 2,000 AI messages a month.
- Pro: $49 a month, with 5,000 AI messages a month.
- Business: $99 a month, with 15,000 AI messages a month.
- Paying yearly saves up to 25% against twelve monthly payments.
- BYOK means bring your own key: the business pays its AI provider directly, so that plan has no message cap.
- A plan with AI messages included pauses AI replies at its monthly cap and is never billed past it.
Data and security

- Conversations are not used to train any AI model.
