Sub-processors

These are the companies that process personal data for MagizAI while we run the service: your account details, and the conversations of the people who talk to your chat widget. This list was checked against our production settings on 9 October 2026.

Hosting

• OVHcloud, Singapore. Runs the MagizAI server, which holds the database and its backups.

AI models

On plans with AI included, a visitor's message and the parts of your content that answer it go to the model that writes the reply. On a BYOK plan you connect your own provider account, and that provider is your supplier, not ours.

• OpenAI, United States. Writes replies with OpenAI models and indexes content and products for search.
• DeepSeek, China. Writes replies when a chatbot is set to a DeepSeek model.
• Anthropic, United States. Writes replies when a chatbot is set to a Claude model.

Email

• Zoho ZeptoMail, India. Sends the emails MagizAI sends, such as sign-in and verification codes, invoices and notifications. A workspace that sets up its own mail server sends its own email through that server instead.

Payments

Each receives the details you enter on its payment page.

• Stripe: card payments in US dollars, euros and pounds.
• PayPal: PayPal payments in US dollars and euros.
• Razorpay, India: payments in Indian rupees.

Messaging

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform). Only for a workspace that connects a WhatsApp number: messages to and from that number pass through Meta.

DNS

• Cloudflare answers DNS lookups for magiz.ai. Traffic to MagizAI does not pass through it.

Changes to this list

We update this page before we add a supplier. If you object to a new one on reasonable data protection grounds, you may end the affected service, as the data processing addendum explains.
