Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no free tier. BYOK is $10/mo with unlimited messages on your own AI key, and every first payment carries a 7-day refund, so trying it properly costs you nothing if it is not right.
What does “exclude GST” mean?
All listed prices are before Goods & Services Tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on your region.
How does the yearly discount work?
Pay yearly and save up to 25%. With Yearly selected, each plan above shows its per-month equivalent and its own saving.
What happens if I exceed my message cap?
Starter, Pro and Business pause AI replies when they reach their monthly cap. You are never charged for going past it: the plan stops rather than billing you more. Your inbox keeps working, and you can upgrade at any time. On BYOK there is no cap: you pay your own AI provider directly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment, in full. After 7 days we do not refund, including time you have not used, and renewals are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next payment and your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the billing area, and it takes one click. There is no notice period and nothing to email anyone about. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What do I pay for the AI itself?
On BYOK you bring your own provider key and pay OpenAI, Anthropic or whoever you use directly, so we never mark that up or take a share. On Starter, Pro and Business the AI is included in the price and there is nothing else to buy.
Are the business apps included in my plan?
Yes. The apps come with every plan, and there is nothing extra to buy. A manager switches each one on in Apps, in your dashboard. AI used inside an app counts toward your plan's AI messages.
