Questions people ask

Do I need a Shopify app?

No. The chat goes in with one line of code in your theme, and order look-ups use a Shopify Admin API token you create in your store. There is nothing to install from the app store.

Can it tell a customer where their order is?

Yes, once Shopify is connected and your site passes the signed-in customer to the chat in a signed token. Orders are looked up only for that customer, so nobody can see someone else's orders by typing their email.

Will it recommend the right products?

It recommends from the products it found on your store, matched to what the shopper asked for and their budget. If nothing fits, it says so instead of pushing an unrelated item.

Can it give discounts or change orders?

Not by itself. It answers from what your store publishes and passes requests like refunds or order changes to your team.

How much does it cost?
