Cookie policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
We use a small number of cookies, all of them because the product needs them. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
On this website
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in and keeps your place between pages. | Until you close the browser, or 2 hours idle |
| CSRF token | Stops a form on another site from being submitted as you. Without it, sign-in cannot be secure. | Session |
| Locale | Remembers whether you chose English, French or Arabic. | 1 year |
| Cookie choice | Remembers that you answered the cookie banner, so it stops asking. | 1 year |
In the chat widget
A widget on somebody's website stores a visitor id in that browser. It is what keeps one conversation together as the visitor moves between pages, and what lets them come back and see the reply. It holds no name and no email, and it is readable only by the site the widget is on.
If you run a widget, this is your cookie rather than ours: you decide whether your own cookie notice needs to mention it, and in most of Europe a chat widget the visitor opened themselves is treated as strictly necessary.
What we do not do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data.
- No third-party analytics that follows you to other websites.
Turning them off
Every browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking the session and CSRF cookies will stop you signing in, because they are how signing in works. Everything else is safe to remove, and the site will simply forget your language.
