Activate the plugin, paste your key, and the chat is live on every page. Nothing to add to a theme, and nothing that breaks when you change one.

It trains itself as you publish
Your pages, posts and product text go to MagizAI every day and whenever you hit publish. Change a page and the answer changes with it. Delete one and it stops being quoted.

It knows who is signed in
For a logged-in user the plugin signs an identity token on your own server, so the assistant can answer about that person's account and nobody else's.
What it can answer from your site
Every answer comes from something you published. When nothing covers the question it says so and offers a person, rather than inventing a plausible reply.

Install the plugin
Download the zip, upload it in Plugins, Add New, and activate it.

Paste your key
Settings then MagizAI. Paste the widget key from your workspace and the chat appears on the site.

Let it read your content
Tick which post types to send, add an API token, and the first sync runs straight away.

Switch on live look-ups
Optional. Turn on the MCP endpoint so the assistant can search your site while it is talking.
What the plugin will not do
- It never invents an answer. If nothing you published covers the question, it says so and offers your team.
- It sends only the content you tick. No customer data, no orders, no personal details.
- It never runs code from outside your site, and it adds no editor, file manager or code execution of any kind.
- Uninstalling removes the keys it stored. Nothing is left behind in your database.
- The identity secret stays on your server. Only the signed token ever reaches a browser.
Questions people ask first
- Will it slow my site down?
- No. The chat script loads after your page, and the look-ups run on MagizAI's servers rather than on a page load. The plugin adds nothing to the front end but one deferred script.
- Does it work with my theme and page builder?
- Yes. The plugin enqueues its script the way WordPress expects, so caching plugins, page builders and themes all handle it normally.
- What happens when I edit a page?
- It re-syncs within the minute, and the assistant answers from the new text. Sending the same page again updates it rather than adding a copy.
- Do I need WooCommerce?
- No. The site tools work on any WordPress install. If WooCommerce is active you get the shop and customer tools as well.
