What is an online booking system?

Can the AI chatbot take bookings on WhatsApp?

Yes, when your WhatsApp Business number is connected to the chatbot. On WhatsApp the choices come as a numbered list, so a customer replies with a number or simply writes what they want.

Do customers pay when they book?

Not in the form. It shows your prices and the total, extras included, and you take payment the way you do today.

Can I ask my own questions?

Yes. Add short and long answers, numbers, dropdowns, single and multiple choices, tick boxes and a consent box, and show any of them only when an earlier answer matches. The health templates ask no medical details, and customers see a note saying none are needed.
