Website booking widget

A booking calendar widget for your website, added with one line

MagizAI gives you a booking calendar widget for your website. Paste one line of code where the form should appear, and customers see a month calendar with your free days marked, pick a time and book. The same form also opens from a button, or lives on a hosted page with its own link and QR code.

Pick a template, set your hours and copy one line into your site. Need a hand? How free setup works

What you put on your site

  • One line where the form should appear

Copy the line from the form's Share tab and paste it into any page that accepts custom code. The booking form appears at that spot.

  • Or a button that opens the form

A second line adds a floating booking button with your own label, and the form opens over the page. Any link or button of yours can open it too.

  • A calendar customers read at a glance

A month view marks the days that still have free times. Picking a day shows its times grouped by morning, afternoon and evening, with the time zone named.

  • Stays as well as appointments

For rooms and rentals the calendar takes a check-in and a check-out date and shows how many are left. Request forms skip the calendar and ask for a preferred date.

  • Your colours and your logo

The form takes your brand colour, light or dark, your corner style, a logo and a banner. It carries its own styles, apart from your site's theme.

  • A time booked is a time gone

A time or a room is held the moment it is booked, on your site, your booking page and your chat alike. If two people pick the same time, the second one is asked to choose another.

  • Your own questions, with rules

Add short answers, dropdowns, choices, tick boxes, a consent box or a file upload, and show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it. Clinic forms take no file uploads.

  • English, French and Arabic

Each template comes in all three. The form opens in your page's language when the form has it, Arabic is laid out right to left, and customers can switch language on the form itself.

  • For developers: an API and webhooks

Build your own booking screen on the booking API: read the form, ask for free times, send the answers. Webhooks tell your server about each booking that is made, confirmed, moved or cancelled.

Add your opening hours, your team, your prices and your colours, and check the result in the preview.

  3. 03

Set the form live, then copy the code for the form inside a page or the code for the booking button.

Questions people ask

How do I add an appointment booking widget to my website?

Create a booking form in MagizAI, set it live, and copy its one line of code from the Share tab. Paste that line into your page where the form should appear, or use the button version to open the form over any page.

Does the booking calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

No. Free times come from the hours, team and closed dates you set in MagizAI, and from the bookings already made there. Each customer gets a calendar file to add the booking to their own calendar.

Does it work on WordPress?

Yes. The MagizAI WordPress plugin, a download from magiz.ai, adds a booking block and a shortcode, shown inside the page or as a button. Without the plugin, paste the line into a Custom HTML block.

What if my website builder does not allow custom code?

Link to your hosted booking page instead. Every form has its own page with a link and a QR code, so a menu item, a button or a printed sign can all lead to it.

Can customers pay in the booking form?

No. The form shows your prices and a running total, and takes no payment or deposit. You charge customers the way you do today.

Can I change how the form looks?

Yes: colour, light or dark, corners, title, intro, logo, banner, and one step at a time or all steps on one page. A small "Bookings by MagizAI" line stays at the foot of the form.

How much does it cost?

There is no separate price for the form: booking forms come with MagizAI plans, from $10 a month. The plan decides how many forms you can run, and there is no free plan.
