Quote requests
A quote request form customers fill in with photos
MagizAI gives you a quote request form for your website: customers say what they need, attach photos or documents, and add where and when. Your team gets a notice with every answer and can start a quote from the request, with the customer's details filled in. A person on your team writes and sends every quote.

From the customer's request to your quote
Two ready forms to start from
A home services form asks for the job, a description, photos, the type of property, the address and how soon. A project form asks what is needed, the budget and the timeline.
Photos and documents attached
Add a file question and customers attach up to 5 files to it: pictures, or documents such as PDF, Word and Excel. You choose whether it takes images, documents or both.
Files only your team can open
The notice email lists each file as a link that opens after sign-in, and nothing is sent as an attachment. A file uploaded to a form that was never sent is deleted after 24 hours.
Ask only what matters
Arrange questions in steps and show one only when an earlier answer calls for it, so a roofing job is not asked about plumbing. Text, numbers, dropdowns, choices, tick boxes and a consent box are all there.
On your site, a link or a QR code
Paste one line of code where the form should appear, add a button that opens it, or share its hosted page. The QR code can go on a flyer or a shop window.
Your team hears straight away
Each request sends an email to you and up to 5 more addresses, and an alert in the MagizAI app. The customer gets an email saying the request arrived, with a link to see or cancel it.
Requests wait until you answer
Every request sits in MagizAI under Forms and quotes with its answers and files. You accept it, giving it a date and time if you want, or decline it.
Start the quote from the request
With Quotes turned on, open a new quote from the request and the customer's name, email, phone and language are already filled in. Quotes are off in a workspace until a manager turns them on.
Questions answered beside the form
Link your chatbot and it appears on the form's page, so a customer can ask about your services before sending the request. It answers from your own content.
