What it does for you

  • A price book of what you sell

    Keep your services and products with their unit, price and taxes. A quote copies an item when you add it, so a later price change never alters a quote you already wrote.

  • Packages the customer chooses between

    Offer two or three packages side by side, such as Basic and Plus, with optional extras. Nothing is ticked for the customer: they choose, and the total follows.

  • Totals and taxes worked out for you

    Several taxes on one line, tax included in the price or added on top, and discounts held under a cap you set. The same sums run on your screen and on the customer's page.

  • Send it your way

    Email it, copy a link for WhatsApp or anywhere else, or post it into the chat the request came from. A quote stays a draft until you send it, and you can set the last day the customer may accept.

  • Accept, decline or ask for changes online

    The customer opens the quote on a phone or a computer, picks a package and accepts with their name and email, confirmed first by a 6-digit code sent to that email when you ask for one. They can also decline, or ask for changes in a message.

  • A sent quote never changes

    Sending freezes that version, and any change makes a new one. An acceptance records which version was accepted, when, and from which IP address and browser, and both sides get that record by email with a PDF copy.

  • You know when it is opened

    A notice in MagizAI and by email tells you when the customer opens the quote and when they answer.

  • It starts from a request

    Customers ask through a request form, with photos or documents if you want them, or in the chat with your AI. Start the quote from that request and their details are already filled in.

  • Three languages, right to left included

    Send the quote page and its email in English, French or Arabic, with Arabic laid out right to left.

Questions people ask

What is online quote software?

It lets a business write a priced quote, send it to a customer and collect the answer online, instead of sending a document back and forth. In MagizAI the quote is a page the customer opens from a link, where they choose and accept.

Can the customer choose between options?

Yes. Put packages in a group and the customer picks one. Add optional extras they can tick. The total updates as they choose, and nothing is chosen for them.

Does the customer pay when they accept?

Not on the quote page. Accepting records their agreement, and you take payment the way you do today. Deposits are not part of quotes yet.

Does the AI write the quote?

No. Your AI chatbot answers questions and takes the request. Your team writes and sends every quote, so no price goes out without your approval.

Which taxes and currencies does it handle?

Each line can carry one tax or several, such as VAT, or CGST and SGST, either included in the price or added to it. A quote is in one currency you choose, including currencies with no decimals, like the yen, or three, like the Kuwaiti dinar. A quote is not a tax invoice.

Can I change a quote after sending it?

Yes. Editing a sent quote makes a new version and leaves the sent one as it was. The customer's link shows the latest version you sent. An accepted quote cannot be changed.

How much does it cost?

Quotes are part of MagizAI plans, which start at $10 a month. There is no free plan.

How does online quote acceptance work?

The customer opens your link, picks a package, types their name and email and accepts. You can require a 6-digit code, emailed to that address, before the acceptance is recorded: on every quote, or only from a total you set. The acceptance record then stays on its own page, which either of you can open and print.

Is it quote and invoice software for a small business?

It covers the quote: a price book, packages, taxes and online acceptance. It does not issue invoices or take payments, so you keep invoicing from the tool you use today.
