WooCommerce plugin
An assistant that knows your shop
It reads your catalogue live: the right product, the real price, whether it is actually in stock, what delivery costs to their postcode, and where a signed-in customer's order has got to.
WooCommerce 6.0 or newer. Works with HPOS and classic order storage.
- 01
Prices and stock, at the moment they ask
Every product answer is read from WooCommerce as the question is asked, never from a cached page. It cannot quote yesterday's price or sell something that sold out an hour ago.
- 02
Delivery and returns from your own settings
It works out what delivery costs to a country or postcode from your shipping zones, lists the ways you accept payment, and quotes your returns policy as you wrote it.
- 03
A customer's own order, safely
For a signed-in customer it can find their orders, tracking and downloads. Every lookup re-checks the order belongs to them, and a refusal reads the same as no such order.
What it handles without you
Thirty-two tools, switched on one group at a time. These are the questions that otherwise wait for someone to open the inbox.
- Do you sell this, and what does it cost?
- Is it in stock, and how many are left?
- What sizes and colours can I get?
- How much is delivery to my postcode, and do you ship to my country?
- Is this discount code still valid, and what does it take off?
- What is your returns policy?
- Where is my order, and has it shipped?
- Can I change the delivery address, or cancel it?
- Can you send me my download again?
- What did I order last time, and can I buy it again?
Live in about ten minutes
- 1
Install the plugin
Upload the zip in Plugins and activate it. The shop tools appear only when WooCommerce is active.
- 2
Paste your key
Settings then MagizAI. Paste the widget key, and the identity secret so signed-in customers are recognised.
- 3
Switch on the shop tools
Tick the groups you want. Catalogue and delivery are safe for anyone; customer orders are off until you enable them.
- 4
Bind the customer tools
In MagizAI, bind the email argument to the signed-in visitor. That one step is what keeps one customer out of another's orders.
What the plugin will not do
- It never invents a price, a stock level or a policy. Everything comes from WooCommerce as it is asked.
- It never shows one customer another customer's order. Every lookup re-checks ownership, and a refusal is worded exactly like no such order.
- A refund request does not move money. It records the request, notes it on the order and emails you.
- It cannot cancel an order that has shipped, and it says what to do instead.
- Addresses come back with the street number blurred, so a misconfigured setup still cannot hand out a deliverable address.
- Customer and change tools ship switched off. You turn them on deliberately, having read why.
Questions shop owners ask first
- Can it sell, or only answer?
- Both. It can search your catalogue, compare options, check stock and hand over a link that puts the item straight in the basket, or one that applies a discount code at checkout.
- How does it know the customer is who they say?
- Your site signs an identity token for the logged-in user on your own server. MagizAI verifies it and fills the email itself, so a visitor cannot ask about an address they do not own.
- What if a product is out of stock?
- It says so plainly, offers the closest alternatives from your own catalogue, and can record who wants to be told when it is back.
- Does it work with variable products and my shipping zones?
- Yes. It reads variations with their own prices and stock, and works delivery out from the zones and methods you already configured.
Let it answer for your shop
Download the plugin, switch on the tools you want, and stop answering the same stock and delivery questions by hand.
