What you pay for, and what you do not

  • A flat plan, not a cut of each booking

    You pay the plan price each month, from $10. No MagizAI plan counts your bookings or charges for them, so your MagizAI bill is the same in a busy month and a quiet one.

  • Bookings from your own channels

    Customers book on a form inside your website, on your booking page, from a QR code on your counter, or in a chat with your AI. Each booking shows which of these it came from.

  • No marketplace in the middle

    MagizAI does not list your business in a directory or send you customers from one. The people who book are the ones who found you, and their name, email and phone number sit in your bookings list.

  • Payment stays between you and them

    The form shows your prices and the total. It takes no card payment and no deposit, so you charge customers the way you do today.

  • Time slots, nights or requests

    Take appointments with or without a chosen team member, nights in a room or rental with rooms counted per night, or requests you accept or decline. 40 ready templates cover clinics, salons, hotels, tours, schools and services.

  • One booking per slot, wherever it comes from

    Once a time or a room is booked, nobody else is offered it. Two people who pick the same time, one on your site and one in your chat, cannot both get it.

  • An AI that answers and books

    Link a form to your chatbot and it takes bookings in the chat, on your website and on WhatsApp. Starter includes 2,000 AI messages a month and Pro 5,000, and on BYOK you add your own AI key and pay that provider.

  • Reminders and self-service changes

    Customers get a confirmation and reminders by email, with a link to cancel or move the booking up to your cut-off. The same messages go on WhatsApp once your number is connected and Meta has approved the templates.

Questions people ask

Is there really no commission or fee per booking?

Yes. MagizAI bills the plan price and nothing else: no commission, no fee per booking and no share of what your customer pays you.

What does a plan limit, then?

The number of booking forms you can run, the number of chatbots and team seats, and on Starter, Pro and Business the AI messages in a month. No plan limits the number of bookings.

Does it replace a marketplace listing or a channel manager?

No. It does not list you on a marketplace, does not sync availability with other booking sites and takes no payments. Use it for the bookings that come to you directly, and keep a listing if it brings you customers.

Can customers pay or leave a deposit when they book?

No. Payments and deposits are not part of a booking in MagizAI. The form shows the price and you collect it your usual way.

Are there other costs I should know about?

Prices exclude GST. If you connect WhatsApp, Meta bills you for messages, and on the BYOK plan your AI provider bills you for the AI your chatbot uses.

Does it sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or other booking sites?

No. Availability comes from the hours, team, rooms and closed dates you set in MagizAI. Time or rooms sold elsewhere have to be closed there by hand.

How much does it cost?
