    Enter your site address and it reads the pages you have published. Add PDFs, documents or written answers for the rest.

  • Answers from your content

    Each reply comes from your sources, with the source shown under it. If your content does not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

  • Takes bookings in the chat

    Link a MagizAI booking form and the chatbot offers free times as buttons, takes the visitor's details and confirms.

  • Hands over to your team

    When a visitor asks for a person, or the AI cannot help, the chat moves to your team inbox with the whole conversation, and your team is alerted.

  • Languages and WhatsApp

    Replies follow the visitor's language, and the chat window comes in English, French and Arabic. The same chatbot can answer on your WhatsApp Business number.

  • What it does not read

    MagizAI is not connected to Wix Stores, Wix Bookings or Wix Members, so it sees no stock, orders or member accounts.

Add it to Wix in four steps

    Create the chatbot

    Sign up, choose a plan and enter your site address. Then try your customers' questions on the Test page.

    Copy your line of code

    Open the Install page in your MagizAI dashboard and copy the snippet, a single script tag with your chatbot's key.

    Paste it in Wix

    In your Wix dashboard go to Settings, then Custom Code, and click Add Custom Code. Paste the line, choose All pages, place it at the end of the body and click Apply.

    Check your live site

    Open your published site and look for the chat button. The Install page in MagizAI shows when it was last seen on your site.

Questions people ask

Is there a MagizAI app in the Wix App Market?

Not yet. Today MagizAI goes on a Wix site as one line of code, pasted in your Wix dashboard under Settings, Custom Code. There is nothing to add from the Wix App Market.

What does my Wix site need before I can add the chat?

Wix lets you add custom code once your site is published and has a connected domain, and connecting your own domain needs a paid Wix plan. If you later assign a different domain, Wix deletes your code snippets, so you paste the line again.

Which code type should I choose in Wix?

Wix sorts custom code into four types: Essential, Functional, Analytic and Marketing. New code is Essential unless you change it under Code Type, and Essential code loads before a visitor answers your cookie banner. With a banner on, Wix loads the other types only after the visitor accepts them, so a chat marked Functional stays hidden from visitors who decline. The chat keeps a first-party cookie so a returning visitor finds their conversation. Pick the type that fits your cookie policy.

Can it read my Wix Stores products or my Wix Bookings calendar?

No. MagizAI does not connect to Wix Stores, Wix Bookings or Wix Members. It answers from your published pages and from the files and text you add, so it cannot check stock, find an order or see a member's account.

How do bookings work on a Wix site?

You build a booking form in MagizAI with your services, hours and team. The chatbot takes the booking in the chat, and the form has its own booking page you can link to. Bookings arrive in your MagizAI bookings list, not in Wix Bookings, and the form takes no payment.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $10 a month on BYOK, where you use your own AI provider key, or $20 a month on Starter with AI messages included. There is no free plan. MagizAI is billed apart from your Wix plan, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
