Who he is
Shahid is a freelance WHMCS developer and web designer based in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He has 13+ years in WHMCS and hosting work, and he works remotely with clients worldwide.
Since 2016 he has been CTO of ElySpace, a hosting company, where he leads technical support and development: WHMCS modules, payment integrations and hosting automation. He also founded WHMCSPilot.com, a store of premium WHMCS modules, themes and automation tools for hosting businesses.

Why he built MagizAI
He built it because of what he sees in hosting support queues. A large share of tickets ask the same things: which plan fits, why a domain does not resolve, why a site is suspended, where the invoice is.
The answers already sit in WHMCS and in the knowledge base. MagizAI reads them and replies at any hour, so staff spend their time on the cases that need a person.
MagizAI is an AI chatbot and live chat for websites. It answers from a site's own pages and files, in the visitor's language, and a person on the team can take over any chat.
