Who builds MagizAI
Shahid Malla founded MagizAI and designed and developed the product and its website. He is based in Baramulla, has 13+ years in WHMCS and hosting work, and has been CTO of the hosting company ElySpace since 2016.
How MagizAI was built
He built it out of hosting support, where a large share of tickets ask the same few questions and the answers already sit in WHMCS and the knowledge base.
MagizAI reads them and replies at any hour, from a site's own pages and files and in the visitor's language. A person on the team can take over any chat.
Hosting companies get a free WHMCS module, now at version 1.10.1 and listed on the WHMCS Marketplace. It lets the chat answer a signed-in client from their own services, domains, invoices and tickets. See the WHMCS module
