    Publish your list of documents to bring, or upload it as a PDF, and the chatbot answers from it for each service you offer.

  • Your deadlines and fees

    It answers with the dates and fees your firm has published. Turn on the setting that keeps it to your own content and it will not reach for general knowledge. When your pages do not say, it tells the client so.

  • Appointments in the chat

    Start from the accounting and tax template: tax return help, bookkeeping review, company setup advice and payroll questions, in person or by video call. The chatbot books them in the conversation.

  • Advice stays with you

    List the topics it must leave to your team, such as advice on a client's own tax position. When one comes up, it hands the chat over instead of answering.

Will the chatbot give tax advice?

Its rules forbid inventing financial advice, and you can list topics it must always pass to your team, such as a client's own tax position. It answers from what your firm publishes.

Can clients book an appointment in the chat?

Yes. Link a booking form to the chatbot and it offers free times, takes the client's details and books once they say yes. Confirmations and reminders go out by email.

Does it connect to our practice management software?

No. There is no connector for accounting or practice management software. Appointments land in your MagizAI bookings list and chats in the team inbox. Developers can pass bookings on with webhooks.

What happens outside office hours?

The chatbot keeps answering from your pages. If a client asks for a person, it says when your team is back and can take an email address so you can reply.

How much does it cost?
