    Start from the event venue form: the couple picks a space, the type of event, the date, the time of day and the number of guests, and says whether they need catering. You confirm, decline or offer another date.

  • Viewings booked for you

    Add a viewing form with the times you can show the venue. The chatbot offers free times as buttons, takes the couple's details and books only after they say yes to a summary.

  • Your events team takes over

    When a couple asks for a person, the chat moves to your team inbox with everything said so far, and your team is alerted. The AI stops replying as soon as one of you writes.

Questions people ask

Can it tell a couple whether our date is free?

No. A date enquiry records the date the couple wants, and your team confirms it, declines it or offers another one. Viewings work differently: the viewing form holds your free times, so the chatbot only offers times that are open.

Does it connect to Tripleseat or Perfect Venue?

No. There is no connector for Tripleseat, Perfect Venue or other venue software. The chatbot answers from your pages and files, and enquiries land in your MagizAI bookings list. You hear about each one by email, WhatsApp or in the app, and a developer can pass them on with webhooks.

Does it take deposits?

No. The forms take no payment. You collect deposits and sign contracts the way you do today.

Can it ask couples for a review?

Yes, once you switch on review requests. When you mark a booking as completed, the couple gets an email asking for a review, with links to your Google page or other review sites you add.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $10 a month on BYOK, where you use your own AI provider key, or $20 a month on Starter with AI messages included. Each plan includes five booking forms. There is no free plan.
