    It reads your pages on sessions, dates, age groups, rates, transport and what to pack, and answers from them. Upload your parent handbook as a PDF and it answers from that too.

  • Keeps to what you publish

    One setting keeps it to your own content, with no general knowledge mixed in. When your pages do not cover a question, it tells the parent and offers to bring in your office.

  • Topics it leaves to you

    List the subjects it should never handle itself, such as a child's medical needs, a refund or a complaint. When one comes up, it passes the chat to your staff instead of answering.

  • Camp tours booked in the chat

    Start from the school tour form and rename its visits, for example to a camp tour or a call with the director. The chatbot offers free times as buttons, takes the parent's details and books only after they say yes to a summary.

  • Your office takes over

Questions people ask

Does it connect to CampMinder or our registration software?

No. There is no connector for CampMinder or other camp registration software. The chatbot answers from your pages and files, and tour bookings land in your MagizAI bookings list. Enrollment and payment stay in the system you use today.

What happens when our dates or rates change?

Your website pages are read again every week, or every day if you choose, so new dates on your site reach the chatbot without retyping them. An uploaded handbook stays as it is until you upload the new one.

Can it answer questions about a particular child?

No. It has no access to your camper records. Questions about a particular child go to your office, and you can list topics such as medication or allergies so it always hands them over.

Which languages does it answer in?

The parent's own, from your pages, even when they are in another language. The chat window's buttons and labels come in English, French, Arabic and Bengali, right to left for Arabic.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $10 a month on BYOK, where you use your own AI provider key, or $20 a month on Starter with AI messages included. Each plan includes five booking forms. There is no free plan.
