For The Events Calendar

An AI chatbot that knows what is on at your venue

Visitors ask what is on this weekend, what time it starts, where it is and whether tickets are left. With the MagizAI WordPress plugin, the chat reads your live listings in The Events Calendar and answers with the date, venue, price and a link to the event. When Event Tickets is installed, it also says how many tickets are left.

Your chatbot is created in about 60 seconds. Not sure how to train it? Our team trains it and sets everything up for you, from integrations to training, at no cost. How free setup works

Answers from your live calendar

  • What is on, by date

Upcoming events for the days ahead, or by name or category, with the start and end time in your site's timezone.

  • Venue and price

The venue, its city and address, the organiser and the cost exactly as your calendar shows it.

  • Tickets left

With Event Tickets, each ticket's name, price and how many remain, or unlimited when there is no stock limit.

  • Read only

The chat looks events up and links to them. It never takes an RSVP, an order or a payment: visitors book on your own event page.

  • The rest of your site too

Parking, refunds, age limits and directions come from your own pages, which the chatbot learns like any website.

  • A person when needed

A question the calendar cannot answer goes to your team's inbox with the conversation so far.

Questions people ask

Which plans include the calendar connection?

The connection uses MCP, which is on Starter ($20 a month) and Pro. The BYOK plan does not include MCP connections.

Can visitors buy tickets in the chat?

No. The chat reads your events and tickets and links to the event page, where visitors book through your own ticketing.

Does it show past or draft events?

No. Only published, public events are read. Drafts, private and password-protected events stay hidden.

Do I need Event Tickets?

No. Without it the chat still answers about dates, venues and prices. With it, it can also say how many tickets are left.

Which other plugins does it work with?

For events, The Events Calendar. The same plugin also answers about WooCommerce products and, if you allow it, a signed-in customer's own orders.
