What you get with MagizAI

  • A live inbox on every plan

Every plan has a live inbox and human handoff. The AI keeps helping until one of your team replies.

  • Your own AI key if you want it

On the BYOK plan you bring a key from Claude, OpenAI or Gemini and pay the provider directly, with no message cap from us.

  • WhatsApp is part of the plan

Connect one WhatsApp Business number per workspace and the same chatbot answers there in plain text. Meta's own message charges still apply.

When SiteGPT is the better choice

Pick SiteGPT if you want integrations with Messenger, Google Chat or Slack, which its pricing page lists from the Growth plan, or the Zendesk AI Agent listed on Scale. Its Enterprise plan is listed as HIPAA eligible with a signed BAA, and every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial. MagizAI does not connect to Messenger, signs no BAA and has no free trial.

Questions people ask

Is MagizAI cheaper than SiteGPT?

It depends on volume. MagizAI Starter is $20 a month with 2,000 AI messages, 3 seats and 3 chatbots. SiteGPT Starter is $59 a month billed monthly, or $39 billed yearly, with up to 4k messages on GPT-4.1-mini, 1 member and 1 chatbot.

Does SiteGPT have a free plan?

No. Its pricing page says there is no free plan, and each self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial that needs a credit card. MagizAI has no free plan or free trial either, but every first payment has a 7-day full refund.

Can I use my own OpenAI key with SiteGPT?

Its pricing page does not list that option; each plan includes a set number of GPT-4.1-mini or GPT-4.1 messages. On MagizAI's BYOK plan you add your own key from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or another supported provider for $10 a month and pay the provider for usage.

What happens when I run out of messages?

SiteGPT's pricing page sells packs of 5k extra messages at $59 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. MagizAI Starter, Pro and Business pause AI replies at the monthly cap instead of billing you for more, and BYOK has no cap from us.

Can I move from SiteGPT to MagizAI?

Yes. Add the MagizAI snippet to your site, let it read your pages, and remove the SiteGPT script. If that takes you longer than a few minutes, our team sets it up for you at no cost.
