WHMCS module for IPTV

IPTV support that does not sleep

Renewals, expired subscriptions, buffering, device set-up. The same handful of questions, all night, in four time zones. MagizAI answers them from your own WHMCS and your own help articles, and hands over the ones that need you.

Free module. Works with any WHMCS 8 or 9 install. No API key leaves your server.

A real night shift

my subscription stopped working last night, can you sort it

Your Premium 12 Month line expired on 23 September. I can raise the renewal now and send you the payment link. Renew for 12 months at $60.00?

yes please. and which app should i use on my firestick

✓Done. Invoice #4471 is ready to pay here, and your line reactivates as soon as it clears. For a Firestick we recommend IPTV Smarters Pro, and the set-up guide is here with your line details already filled in.

Reads the real subscription out of WHMCS, raises the real invoice, answers the set-up question from your own help articles. It never invents a price or a date.

Why IPTV is different

Your inbox is not a hosting inbox

  • “The same five questions, forever”

When does my line expire, why has it stopped, how do I pay, which app, how many devices. They arrive hundreds of times a month and every one of them has a definite answer sitting in WHMCS or in your own guides.

  • “It is always 3 am somewhere”

IPTV customers buy from everywhere and watch at every hour. A question that waits eight hours for a reply is a refund request by morning, and often a chargeback after that.

  • “Resellers ask more than customers do”

A reseller wants credits, renewals and their own sub-accounts, and they want them now because their own customer is waiting. Those are account questions, and an assistant that can actually read the account answers them properly.

What it does

Everything from your own WHMCS

  • For anyone who asks

    • Answers set-up questions from your own help articles, with the link
    • Shares announcements and any known outage you have posted
    • Recommends a package at the prices you set in WHMCS, as cards
    • Quotes what each package includes, with the real connection counts
    • Explains payment methods and how ordering works
  • For signed-in customers

    • When their subscription expires and what they are on
    • Why a line has stopped, including an unpaid invoice
    • Unpaid invoices with a pay link
    • Their connection count and what they are allowed
    • Ticket status and the latest reply from your team
    • What an upgrade to more connections would cost
  • Changes the customer confirms

    • Renew a subscription early, at the price WHMCS holds now (off by default)
    • Order a new package and get the invoice to pay (off by default)
    • Upgrade or downgrade a package (off by default)
    • Open a support ticket or add a reply
    • Submit a cancellation request (off by default)

Security

No admin keys. No guessing who is asking.

  • No WHMCS admin API key

MagizAI never holds admin access. It talks to a small signed endpoint inside the module, which runs only the actions you switch on.

  • WHMCS checks the sign-in

Each client-area page load signs a short-lived token for that client, and the module verifies it again before it reads or changes anything.

  • Only their own account

Domains, services, invoices and tickets are always looked up under the signed-in client. Ask about someone else's domain and you get the same reply as for one that doesn't exist.

  • Logged twice, emailed once

Every request goes into the module's activity log and every change into the WHMCS activity log too. The client gets an email about it.

It learns your service, not IPTV in general

The module pushes your knowledgebase articles, your announcements and your packages into MagizAI, and refreshes them daily. Answers come from what you actually sell and the guides you actually wrote, so nobody is told about a package you retired or an app you do not support.

Setup

Installed in an afternoon

  1. 1

    Upload the module

Unzip it into modules/addons and activate it in WHMCS under System Settings, then Addon Modules. Nothing else on the server changes.

  2. 2

    Paste your key

Open the module, paste your MagizAI widget key, and generate the bridge secret. The module places the chat widget on your client area for you.

  3. 3

    Choose what it may do

Every action has its own switch. Start with the ones that only read, watch the transcripts for a few days, then turn on renewals and ordering when you are happy.

  4. 4

    Let it learn

Press sync once and it pulls in your articles, announcements and packages. After that it refreshes itself daily.

Download the module WHMCS 8.0 or later, PHP 8.1 or later, and outbound HTTPS. No cron job and no API credential.

Questions IPTV owners ask

Does it work with my IPTV panel?

The module talks to WHMCS, so anything billed through WHMCS works out of the box: subscriptions, expiry dates, invoices, renewals, upgrades and tickets. It does not log in to Xtream UI, XUI or any panel directly. If your panel has an API, you can connect it separately through MCP and the assistant will use that too.

Can it actually renew a subscription?

Will it hand out free trials?

Not on its own, and deliberately. Creating trial lines is where IPTV businesses get abused, so it stays with a person unless you wire it to your panel yourself. What it will do is answer the trial question, collect the details you need, and pass it over.

What does it do about buffering complaints?

It asks the things you would ask, in order: which device, wired or wifi, one channel or all of them, and whether a known outage is already posted. Most of the time that ends it. When it does not, the ticket reaches you with the answers already in it instead of the word "buffering".

Does it handle resellers?

Yes, for everything on the WHMCS side. A signed-in reseller can see their own services, invoices and renewal dates, and order or renew. Credits held inside a panel are not something WHMCS knows about, so those still go to a person.

How much support can it really take off me?

Honestly, it depends on how much of your inbox is the five repeat questions, and that varies. What we will not do is put a number on this page and hope. MagizAI reports its own deflection rate in your dashboard from day one, so you can see exactly what it answered, what it handed over and what it got wrong.

Can I stop it from changing anything?

Yes. Everything that changes an account is off until you switch it on, and WHMCS has the final say whatever MagizAI is set to do. Plenty of IPTV owners run it as lookups and answers only.

Stop answering "when does my line expire"

Install the module, point it at your WHMCS, and let it take the repeat questions. You keep the ones that need a person.
